8. Fitness and Exercise Participation
Physical activity and exercise involve inherent risks.
By participating in any workout, exercise program, training session, or physical activity provided by BEACTIVE Health, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate.
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of participating safely.
You agree to stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, chest discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.
Additional fitness waivers or informed consent documents may be required for certain services or programs.
9. Nutrition and Health Services
BEACTIVE Health provides nutrition education and may provide individualized nutrition counseling through a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
The nature and scope of individualized services may depend on the service selected, applicable professional standards, client needs, and applicable law.
Individualized nutrition counseling does not replace medical diagnosis, emergency medical care, or treatment provided by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for informing us of relevant health information, medications, allergies, diagnoses, or other information necessary for the safe and appropriate delivery of services.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Every individual is different.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including weight loss, strength gains, athletic performance, symptom improvement, health outcomes, or other results.
Testimonials, examples, and client experiences reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results may vary based on numerous factors, including participation, consistency, health status, lifestyle, individual circumstances, and other factors.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our website, programs, courses, emails, videos, workouts, guides, graphics, text, recipes, materials, and other resources is owned by or licensed to BEACTIVE Health unless otherwise stated.
This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use purchased or provided materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
